Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filling important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Answers incoming calls
  • Download leads sheet from facebook & google 
  • Greeting all visitors come to the company 
  • Directs call to the sales team by distributing the leads
  • Welcome clients and coordinate their meetings in the company 
  • Providing daily , weekly & monthly - required reports 
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks , if requested

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min. 1 year prior experience of real estate  
  • Good English language.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Females Only
  • Very good knowledge in CRM & MS office
  • Detailed oriented & ability to multi-task.
  • Proactive.
  • A fast worker with the ability to work well under stress.
