Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filling important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Answers incoming calls
- Download leads sheet from facebook & google
- Greeting all visitors come to the company
- Directs call to the sales team by distributing the leads
- Welcome clients and coordinate their meetings in the company
- Providing daily , weekly & monthly - required reports
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks , if requested
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 1 year prior experience of real estate
- Good English language.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Females Only
- Very good knowledge in CRM & MS office
- Detailed oriented & ability to multi-task.
- Proactive.
- A fast worker with the ability to work well under stress.
