Overview

  • As a part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Aftermarket outdoor salesman. The salesman will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service to internal and external customers always. Essential Job Duties

  • It is important that you display a positive, helpful demeanor, and a commitment to providing the best in customer service.
  • You must also work well as part of a team and be willing to work long hours when necessary.
  • Take incoming calls from customers concerning European Cars’ spare Parts, and other high-value accessories who are interested in placing orders, inquiring about our products, returning product, etc.
  • Prepare various product-related reports to help the product manager in taking both strategic and tactical decisions including sales, profitability, and inventory movement reports.
  • Process all wholesale customer orders/returns including deliveries and invoices according to the predetermined discount rate and sales quota plan and customer delivery schedule.

Job Requirements

Minimum Experience

  • 3+ years of European cars is Must.
  • Aftermarket Sales Experience, preferably VW Group and BMW.

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor Degree Graduate.
  • Excellent product knowledge and sales ability.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of parts outdoor sales procedures, such as requiring prepayment for special orders, etc.
  • Ability to search parts numbers or to use the computer and standard catalogs.
  • Ability to monitor lost sales for inventory control.
  • Ability to maintain attendance as defined by company policy.
  • Achieving sales targets and non-financial objectives.
  • Searching for new customers and enrich the customer database.
