- Must implement cost-effective cloud-based systems that will fulfill the technical requirements of the organization.
- Install and configure the Windows operating system in cloud IaaS providers. resolve and provide any assistance about system problems.
- Looking into the configuration and network security of the systems to make sure they are working correctly, and they are up to date.
- Manage and upgrade operating systems.
- Monitors and analyzes the capabilities and performance of the systems. compare, evaluate, and implement new technologies, and integrate systems into the computing environment.
- Provide all the necessary assistance to the cloud servers, including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting. Help to maintain system security strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshooting on infrastructure related issues.
- Co-ordinate with Development team on Release/Configuration management in SOACS, ICS.
- Work with offshore, nearshore and onsite teams to Assist with code migration if needed.
- Review/Ensure all relevant documents are in place for Change/Release management.
- Co-ordinate with internal and external team in handling critical issues.
