Job Description

  • Fulfill the required functions and makes sure that the deadlines set by clients for implementation are not exceeded.
  • Ensure the quality of the recruitment process and compliance with the specifications required of the client before sending the final candidates.
  • Develop and creates various internal and external recruitment sources to ensure the abundance and diversity of applicants for different jobs in proportion to the requirements of each job and each client.
  • Execute the various stages of recruitment (identifying recruitment sources - advertising - telephone interview - tests - human resources interview - coordinating the technical interview with the responsible manager to reach the final list of potential candidates).
  • Create and updates a bank of CV for critical and recurring jobs to quickly finalize internal and external job applications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
  • (2 – 4) proven years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist is a MUST!
  • Background at recruitment agencies is a is a MUST!
  • Experience in hiring both blue collars & white collars is a MUST!
  • Very good in English & Microsoft skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
