Job Description
- The maintenance Section Head will supervise, plan, schedule and perform routine, preventative and breakdown maintenance on all of the plant’s equipment. The maintenance Section Head will also plan, prepare and assist in the relocation, installation of new and existing plant equipment.
- Keep the Maintenance Breakdown time within range 2% of total production time.
- Supervise the maintenance activities to ensure that all equipment not having any failure due to maintenance.
- Supervise the maintenance activities regarding to Preventive Maintenance activities.
- Responsible for the optimum stock of spare parts.
- Apply Enterprise Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance Program for both PM schedule and spare parts stock level.
- Calculate utility consumption per month to achieve lowers costs for product and improve equipment performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Experience in Manufacturing between 3-5 yrs is a must.
- Very good command of English.
- Very strong communication and soft skills.
