Application & Web Services Manager

Plans and manages activities and projects that support Web Applications. Provides leadership and direction in planning, developing, and maintaining the web environment. Responsible for the exploration, implementation, testing and maintenance of new technology. Directs solutions to functional and technical problems. Supervises & develop, and test programs and information systems delivered via the Web. implements and maintains Web-based applications integrated with a variety of data sources. Provides strategic direction and leadership for project management, and software support

• Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
• Manage all Web Applications & Web Administration in the cloud.
• Create the application on the web & measure the quality of the application.
• Support the SAP basis.
• Assists with plans, procedures, and activities to support business recovery when problems occur. This task includes such things as backup.
• Provides direction, leadership, and coordination for web development projects.
• Tracks and tests new technology and new techniques. establishes procedures to support research and development activities to determine the suitability of new technology and procedures to the web environment.
• Measure the Quality of the application after implementation.
• Manage & Monitor team performance for the Web Development.
