Job Description
- Understand category dynamics and identify ways to improve our brand’s performance in the short, medium and long term.
- Work cross-functionally to develop budgets, new product timelines, trade activities, volumes, pricing, promotion, media support, and A&P spend.
- Develop brand plans, activity grids for planned new products, and key promotional initiatives.
- Developing marketing plans that bring the brand to life. This may be through digital or traditional channels.
- Plan brand management policies/programs, such as determining the demand for products offered by the client co. and its competitors and identify potential customers.
- Monitor product development trends that indicate the need for new products as well as developing new business opportunities and planning ways to promote/change the public perception of brands.
- Identify/develop/evaluate brands strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics in addition to its cost and markup factors.
Job Requirements
- Multitasker, good planner, and focused
- Postgraduate in marketing is preferable
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent command of the English language
