Job Description
- (P.S) is entitled to detect any illegitimate activity that would need a protection action through all channels (retails audits, online searching tools …. etc.) to create a
- strong and rich pipeline.
- Full case investigation after detection such as (products samples, company legal name, addresses, contacts, market share, company sales volume, violation type...etc.).
- Create leads on the CRM with the case investigation collected data.
- Contact the customer in order to get data and specify the targeted person.
- Initiate visits to the customer’s premises in case if needed.
- Follow up all the protection cases after grace period and make sure that the corrective actions were taken.
- Follow up all the End-Contract Customers Periodically after grace period and make sure that there are no active products in the markets
Job Requirements
- University degree of any relevant (preferred in law).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling escalation and angry customers.
- Excellent communication skills (FTF or over the phone).
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent researching skills over the web.
- Very good in English.
- Very good in Microsoft office apps (word, excel and outlook).
- Basic background about the Egyptian Laws.
- Have a strong personality and attention to details.
- Accuracy and good team player.
