Job Description

  • Follow-up of the export process for shipments.
  • Implement export strategy in order to achieve goals.
  • Issuing and reviewing all export documents and forms
  • Maintaining communication with clients.
  • Ensure delivery of goods on time by buildup an excellent communication channels.
  • Responding to customers' inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner.
  • Maintaining verbal, oral and written communications with customers.
  • Provide excellent and timely customer service by proactively informing customers about the status of their shipments, answering questions and referring advanced technical questions to the right employee
  • Coordinate the issuance of the bill of lading in accordance with the conditions of shipment, delivery and payment.
  • Issuance of B / L and Certificate of Origin (EUR 1 & Comesa, COO Arabia and A & GSTP format) and amend it according to customer requests or documentary accreditation instructions
  • Submit the original documents to the bank on time to avoid any delay in the documents to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all international shipping regulations
  • Prepares periodic reports on export activities
  • Perform the tasks assigned to him by his immediate boss

Job Requirements

  • Education: Reasonable university degree.
  • Years of experience: 5 – 7
  • Location : Preferred near Giza.

  • Fluent English.

  • High communication skills.
  • Work under pressure.
