Job Description

  • Maintains Employees' database and filing system
  • Handles insurance, dealing with the Insurance Association and controls form 1, 6 & 2.
  • Responsible for preparing and signing employees' contracts with conformation to Labor Law.
  • Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints.
  • Processing monthly probation period & yearly employment review and issues reports.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly payroll 
  • Participates with employees and managers to regularly develop various Human Resources’ procedures,  Responsible for preparing attendance monthly report
  • Data entry for vacations and leaves
  • Revise employee attendance in all departments & send email with missing employee face print ( Sign in & Out ) to department manager
  •   laws, standards and government regulations
  • Updates the database for hiring decisions, internal transfers, promotions and resignations regularly.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitals is a must
  • HR Management Diploma
  • Excellent knowledge of MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet).
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationships
