Job Description
- Maintains Employees' database and filing system
- Handles insurance, dealing with the Insurance Association and controls form 1, 6 & 2.
- Responsible for preparing and signing employees' contracts with conformation to Labor Law.
- Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints.
- Processing monthly probation period & yearly employment review and issues reports.
- Responsible for preparing monthly payroll
- Participates with employees and managers to regularly develop various Human Resources’ procedures, Responsible for preparing attendance monthly report
- Data entry for vacations and leaves
- Revise employee attendance in all departments & send email with missing employee face print ( Sign in & Out ) to department manager
- laws, standards and government regulations
- Updates the database for hiring decisions, internal transfers, promotions and resignations regularly.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitals is a must
- HR Management Diploma
- Excellent knowledge of MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet).
- Good communication and interpersonal relationships
