Job Description
- Managing Financial and Accounting functions, including Financial Planning, Budgeting Process, Financial Analysis & Reporting, Treasury Management, etc…
- Implementing systems and procedures and enforcing internal controls.
- Responsible for delivering timely and accurate daily and weekly financial processing, month-end close, financial reports.
- Enters Daily Transactions to the system once needed.
- Respond to accounting queries from internal staff and work closely on projects as they arise.
- Maintains an organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
- Manage the accounting team and encourage and guide them in order to make their performance more effective and to enhance their self-perception and problem-solving skills.
- Work with all departments to ensure timely billing and cash receipt processing.
- Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
- Make sure that transactions are correct and mitigate any risk.
- Make sure that the Trial Balance is well reflecting the position of the company.
- Manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the company.
- Make sure that foreign purchases are well entered with overhead charges.
- Guide the team through the process of counting and recording inventory.
- Manage Accountant / Purchasing Officer and asses assets’ risks
Job Requirements
- Experience in the FMCG field is a must.
- From 10 to 15 years of experience.
