Job Description
- Handle all sampling work
- File all documents in an organised manner
- Keep track of samples to clients
- Track inventory and make sure stocks are readily available for clients
- Keep track of all orders coming from France to Egypt
- Keep track of all samples coming from France to Egypt
- Follow up with clients and ensure everything is running smoothly
- Take care of custom clearance documents
- Handle social media activities
- May sometimes go on sales meetings
Job Requirements
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent English
- Speaking French is a plus
- Experience in logistics is a plus
- Fast learner
- Can work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and Word is essential
