Job Description
- We create everything from videos and advertising to collateral, events, environmental design and more.
- Concept and produce animated videos
- Develop 2D and 3D motion graphics
- Edit videos for a range of formats and audiences
- Present ideas to creative leadership, manage feedback and deliver great work
- Work through design and production challenges using your experience and insights
- Participate as a collaborative problem-solver
- Apply tireless curiosity to creative and video trends in the digital and social space
- Communicate constructively and actively listen

Job Requirements
- A reel with motion graphics and video samples that demonstrate your skills and creativity
- Solid conceptual experience and capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in motion design
- Proficient using key Adobe tools including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier
- Solid knowledge of video formats and requirements, traditional, digital and mobile platforms
- Amazing eye for detail
- Ability to manage complex projects and your time
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage details, maintain accuracy and always deliver on time
- This role is an in-office role in Hartford, CT and will not remain a remote opportunity once we are all back to our Hartford campus.
