Job Description
- Control buying materials (Production material, Maintenance spare parts, Consumables) to secure needed resources to ensure company are supplied with the required items in proper times, good conditions and reasonable prices that to keep running production line achieving production plan.
- Cascade all policies & procedures related to purchasing department to his subordinates.
- Searching for alternative suppliers for maintenance spare parts, consumables and Negotiation & analyze materials, spare parts, consumables prices with suppliers to obtain the best prices.
- Manage with finance all financial problems that supplier face in order to maintain the supply of material smoothly to production lines.
- Manage supplier’s payments.
- Prepare all purchasing reports to Top Management.
- Execute the acquisition process for plants goods in compliance with contractual conditions by suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics.
- Good command of English.
- Experienced in using SAP systems.
- People Management, Negotiation, Communication, and Budgeting & Planning skills.
