Ensure that the production process is being applied according to the set standards to meet the target KPI’s through:

Monitoring the performance of each of the different production sections on daily basis
Ensuring the completion of monthly production plan with best efficiency rates using the available resources
Ensure cost of production meets the standard set costs
Ensure the defect rates do not exceed the maximum allowed
Work with the production team on solving any sudden issues
coordinate with other departments to ensure the completion of the production plan
Ensure the application of GMP, 5S, ISO9001, and ISO22716 in place
Work with the production team to come up with new improvement
Prepare and monitor budget for production sections
Make regular reports about production performance for upper management

Minimum 12 years experience Previous experience in Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical field.
BSC/MSC Degree in Pharmacy/Science or Engineering
Continuous improvement mentality
Knowledge of GMP
Knowledge of TPS, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma
Excellent at using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Arabic: Fluent
English: Very Good
Communication Skills
Attention to details
Ability to handle multi-tasks
Organizational development skills
