Job Description
- Review customer drawings and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposal.
- Negotiate tenders, contract terms and conditions and the delivery schedule and production priorities with factory and production plan representative according to our internal and external needs in parallel to the productivity and manufacture constrains
- Ensure the proper coordination between with concerned departments including finance, supply chain, Projects unit to facilitate the necessary documents circulation and financial related aspects.
- Ensure timely order placement on the ERP system for processing, and follow up the production plan and delivery schedule with the production team, and keep the client updated with the deadlines and any changes in plans when needed.
- Utilize the ERP system to save the sales data and prepare the reports required for the sales team to conduct the portfolio analysis and sales progress reports.
- Prepare technical and financial offers as per the client needs and approved price lists.
- Advise customers and support on wide range of the company’s products.
- Provide sales support in exhibitions and other marketing events to find new business opportunities with potential and prospective clients.
- Follow up with the sales staff and the finance department to for each order to ensure the full payment before delivery.
- Check the material availability and determine the reservation of the steel coils according to the order’s quantity and order.
- Follow up the deliveries with sales coordinators and customers service representative
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in similar industry.
