Job Description
- Work to improve production lines efficiency
- Work on adjusting the production lines to deliver high quality product.
- Ensure the delivery of production plan on time in full.
- Follow up and reports on production processes such as production costs, labor and raw materials.
- Follow up on the key performance indicators for production lines
- Assist management to resolve production problems
- Manage and lead the production line operators and put to enhance their skills.
- Follow up on 5S and housekeeping of production lines.
- Follow up and implement Safety requirements.
- Lead and participate in improvement projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering.
- Experience as a production engineer. (Roll forming or sheet metal experience is a must) .
- Ability to handle production procedures.
- Proficiency in communication skills and dealing with different personalities.
- High leadership and teamwork skills.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with SolidWorks programs a plus
- Good command of English
- Experience with inventory management.
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
