Recruitment Specialist

Responsible for the full recruitment cycle:

• Reviews and filters applications against job requirements to establish a meaningful pool of candidates for interviewing and selection.
• Conducts HR interviews with selected candidates and provide recommendations.
• Advertising all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various Recruitment media platforms.
• Develop candidate talent pipeline through sourcing channels.
• Coordinates the interviewing process with the client and ensures that applicant feedback is received in line with the recruitment policy job requirements.
• Promote the company's reputation.
• Conduct employee Onboarding and Orientation sessions.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the HR Manager.
