Job Description
- Take overall control of the company’s financial department .
- Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
- Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position.
- Set targets and supervise all accounting and finance personnel.
- Developing internal work processes for financial department (including accounting and costing ) and monitor their progress.
- Oversee audit and tax functions.
- Prepare forecasts and comprehensive budgets.
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Establishing a policy manual for the finance department.
- Establish and implement a training program for new finance employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting.
- Master’s degree is a must and/or any other certificates are preferred.
- Experience in real estate / construction field is a must .
- well knowledgeable in financial forecasting, accounting principles, and financial data analysis.
- Expert problem solver, analytical thinker, and decision-maker.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
