Job Description
- Fast and accurately find illegal content and violations.
- Responsible for the community’s content security.
- Initiatively find illegal content and violations cases on the platform, summarize features, types, data and info of the illegal behaviors, and timely report these cases according to the process
- Evaluate and take action on user reports of our client's policy violations quickly and effectively.
- Deletion and blocking of content, as well as filtering, organizing and evaluating information.
- Maintain an expert understanding of policies, site features, and internal documentation.
Job Requirements
- Turkish native speaker (B2/C1).
- Graduates only.
- Flexible with rotational shifts.
- Experience in moderating live streaming applications is a plus.
- Experience in a data center, call center, or similar BPO companies.
- Ability to independently seek out and apply relevant information when faced with a unique or new problem.
- Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt continuously.
