Job Description

  • We are in search of an experienced HR Generalist who will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise and specially focused on recruitment.
  • Supporting employees by answering questions through email, phone calls, or face-to-face meetings. 
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters. 
  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees. 
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff. 
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. 
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans 
  • Manage the whole recruitment and selection process 
  • Nurture a positive working environment 
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives 
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise 
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies 
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates 
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews 
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form 
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities 
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations 
  • Responsible for dealing with health insurance and the bank accounts for the employees. 
  • Preparation of necessary gifts, cakes, and cards for employees in relevant celebratory events

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as HR Generalist, where you practiced all the HR functions
  • English level must be fluent
  • Max age is 35
  • Very presentable
  • Ex experience in advertising agencies is a plus
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
