Job Description
- We are in search of an experienced HR Generalist who will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise and specially focused on recruitment.
- Supporting employees by answering questions through email, phone calls, or face-to-face meetings.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Manage the whole recruitment and selection process
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Responsible for dealing with health insurance and the bank accounts for the employees.
- Preparation of necessary gifts, cakes, and cards for employees in relevant celebratory events
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as HR Generalist, where you practiced all the HR functions
- English level must be fluent
- Max age is 35
- Very presentable
- Ex experience in advertising agencies is a plus
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
