Job Description
- Assist project manager in coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
Job Requirements
Qualification Requirements:
- Good experience in the software development life cycle
- Fair experience in software project phases
- 1-3 years experience in the same position
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS project.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Detailed oriented
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
