Job Requirements

- Experience: 5-12 years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on furniture production.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in WoodWorks, Production Process, and Manufacturing Process is essential.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a production team to achieve outstanding results.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production challenges.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
