Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of Technology, ensuring shared understanding and expectations of the business needs, drivers, and challenges
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the business strategy & vision
- Challenge stakeholder objectives in search of higher-level goals/hidden motivation
- Speak with stakeholders and business users to elicit requirements, distinguishing between ‘wants’ and ‘needs’
- Provide evidence-based recommendations to project stakeholders
- Capture requirements in the issue & project tracking software and produce supporting documentation as appropriate in line with company best practice
- Produce clear and complete acceptance criteria for each requirement as per department standard
- Always consider the customer to build intuitive functionality
- Act as the gatekeeper for the Product backlog prioritisation
- Define and communicate the business value of each request
- Work with the delivery team to ensure what is delivered meets the business needs
- Undertake post implementation reviews to analyse and report on whether the projected benefits were met
- Issue escalation and ownership
- Mapping out processes and writing procedures
- Organise and Run sprint demos

Job Requirements
ESSENTIAL Qualifications & Knowledge
- Travel Technology experience is a plus
- Experience working as a BA in Umrah & Hajj Travel domain
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Time management & ability to multitask
- Good Problem solving, Analytical and Critical thinking skills
- Experience working with remote teams
- Good Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel when required
