Job Description
- Handle the Social Media Pages Moderation.
- Responsible for the Info Mailbox and customers inquiries and complaints.
- In charge of E-com Support Mailbox and e-com customers inquiries and complaints.
- Co-ordinate the needed actions for stores and e-com customers.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Job Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Excellent community Management skills.
- Familiarity with using systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good decision making.
- Good knowledge of E-commerce.
