Job Description

  • Handle the Social Media Pages Moderation.
  • Responsible for the Info Mailbox and customers inquiries and complaints.
  • In charge of E-com Support Mailbox and e-com customers inquiries and complaints.
  • Co-ordinate the needed actions for stores and e-com customers.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Excellent community Management skills.
  • Familiarity with using systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Good decision making.
  • Good knowledge of E-commerce.
