Job Description
- Promoting company culture and values through interacting and providing clients with exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain clean and crisp office station including all Oh My Green equipment and appliances.
- Create and lead awareness sessions on the importance of well-being.
- Coordinate, create and facilitate events that contribute to people’s well-being.
- Create a Corporate Happiness Index and monitor it through surveys and pulse metrics.
- Introduce new ideas to help upgrade people’s perception of work.
- Lead initiatives that help tackle people’s psychological, physical and occupational well-being hurdles.
- Help draft Happiness Budget according to forecasted events, initiatives and services.
- Reshape Carina’s interior to make it a happier place to work; from desk arrangements, introducing color, shelving units to poster cards and general ‘happy elements’.
Job Requirements
- + 5 years of work experience in any field (therapy, psychology, marketing and HR preferred) with a solid experience in Fashion retail industry is a plus advantage.
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft office; word, excel, and PowerPoint.
- High proficiency of Arabic and English Languages; Ability to interpret, analyze, and write reports.
- Positivity &Proactivity.
- Self-Motivation.
- Negotiation skills.
