Job Description
- Provide technical advisory to installers, field service technicians, reps. and end-users either by Email or live phone support.
- Providing technical support/customer service for after-sales accounts & projects.
- Travel to the customer site to repair equipment when the local service agent needs assistance.
- Handle technical service training for service technician nationwide
- Review, revise, and authorize repair and warranty claims for payments.
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair in house equipment.
- Generate and publish technical service bulletins.
- Prepare company equipment for national shows and set up in the booth
Job Requirements
- 10 to 20 years of experience
- Mechanical or Electrical experience.
