Job Description
- Handling Customers requests and complaints
- Providing clients with all offers needed from insurance companies
- Data Entry & Filing system
- Reporting system
- Handling the existing customer portfolio and the renewals
- Following up with existing customers and setting sales meetings with them.
- Schedule calls with new customers.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written English and v. good spoken English
- Excellent awareness of Microsoft Excel
- Strong negotiations, presentation & convincing skills in order to deal with clients
