Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • The person holding this position, will be responsible to support the current customers throughout all related consumables and reagents needed to make the devices function within the most effective and efficient way and that the client would get the best out those devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive phone calls that are related to the queries of the client concerning the reagents. To receive all their needs and their requirements from kinds and quantities.
  • Prepare accurate quotations / price offers and send it to the client back with the special contractual terms for each client; this is to ensure that all clients are satisfied and feel that they are treated with special care.
  • Wait for the client’s confirmation to be able to proceed further in preparing their order and the related logistics of the delivery.
  • Being able to Ability to comprehend and recap any conversation in clear points and ideas.

Job Requirements

  • BSc. degree is a must.
  • 1:2 years of working experience within the customer service filed.
  • High organization and follow up skills.
  • Solid communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Solid computer skills.
