Job Description
- Ensures effective project plans are created, maintained and kept up to date daily or weekly as appropriate to reflect status of project activities; this includes clearly articulating and tracking all activities timelines.
- Assists and coordinates with the design, project controls & engineering teams on technical issues.
- Coordinates between engineering consultants / site supervision and contractors to ensure effective management of assigned internal and external resources toward the common goal of quality and timely deliverable of product services.
- Communicates changes to the project plan and timelines, along with project risks or issues, and provides solutions to ensure the project is progressing as per planned budget & completion dates.
- Monitors risks/issues as they arise and works closely with project teams management to offer solutions and technical support.
- Maintains health & safety standards within the project.
- Ensures the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
