Job Description

  • Receive requests and authenticate access.
  • Printing experience ( raw materiel's,giveaways,types of printings etc….) is a must .
  • Researching and identifying prospective suppliers.
  • Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria.
  • Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
  • Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
  • Negotiate prices and payment terms with all vendors.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
  • Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings.
  • Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.
  • Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all assigned suppliers to ensure goals are met.
  • Full knowledge of  types of papers and their materials.
  • Make big network contacts from different Suppliers.
  • Dealing with logistics companies .
  • Quality assurance .

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Purchasing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills.
