Job Description
- Define project requirements by identifying project scope of work and prioritize all function requirements and prepare/order sprints or milestones based on the client needs.
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
- Conduct business process modeling and prepare graphical representation such as workflow charts, use cases, wireframes, and other diagrams
- Write Functional & Non-Functional Requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent.
- 3-6 years of experience as BA.
- Good listener & communicator: Requirement gathering is a key part of the role so the ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received is essential.
- Documentation and writing skills: Business analysts will find themselves creating documents such as use cases and business requirement documents.
- Knowledge in the software development life cycle and agile/scrum development methodology.
