Job Description
- Managing operation team efficiently along with company policies and local regulations.
- Managing projects team in Installation, Supervision of commissioning on Jobs sold by Sales team.
- Ensuring company service level in conjunction with the maximum level of customer satisfaction.
- Handling service sales team inquiry of replacement, estimating the job, preparation of Quote, negotiate, receive PO & successful execution of the job
- Product Includes Inverter Splits, VRV units & Applied as needed
- Comprehensive reporting on progress of all the jobs to after sales director on regular basis
- Generate computerized inspection report for customer submission
- Detect the non-compliance issue if any report to contractor or dealer in a constructive manner.
- Managing Stock levels, inventory turnover and parts selling.
Job Requirements
Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum 10 years of related experience in the local market.
- Capability to supervise of (DX/VRV/Applied) products thoroughly with minimal guidance
- Ability to assess existing installed product of different make, able to select a suitable product, estimate complete replacement job and able to create a quote based on company guidelines
- Ability to generate qualitative report towards customer and management
Education:
- Engineering Degree with Mechanical or Electrical
Skills:
- Strong HVACR technical background.
- Customer Handling skill
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Verbal & written communication skills in English and Arabic are mandatory
