Job Description
- Providing specialized engineering services in the areas related to heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
- The HVAC eng. responsibilities will comprise designing, testing and manufacturing the systems related to heating, air conditioning and ventilation so that they are properly fitted to meet the required spec. for the old buildings as well as the newly constructed buildings.
- He will play a vital role in leading, managing and overseeing the functioning of the HVAC engineering dept.
Responsibilities:
- He will be responsible for taking into account the company's needs and designing the system wherein these requirements will be fulfilled by carrying out these duties with the given budget standards.
- Determines the scope of the company's project and to make sure that it is completed within the given deadline.
- His work may include replacing and upgrading the current system to meet the newly developed system requirements and to do some repairing work as well.
- His work will include installing the duct-work, tubing all the mechanical. and elect components and other related tasks like troubleshooting, repairing, recycling, etc.
- He will be involved in managing the team, estimate the cost, and communicating with the other departments to ensure successful completion.
Job Requirements
- BSc in mech. engineering or an electrical degree.
- 6 to 10 years work experience related to HVAC system designing,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Good understanding and interpretation of the project requirements, delivering it on the given deadline and within the given budget standards,
- Excellent organization, time management and supervisory skills.
