Job Description
- Responsibility for the following areas: Treasury, Accounting, Controlling, HR, Compliance and Facility Management.
- Ensuring the financial success of the company by running an effective planning and management system including efficient processes and stable structural organization of the company.
- Providing a transparent financial view and risk assessment on the company to the Board of Directors and advising the CEO and Management Team on all matters relating to financial performance.
- Controlling all financial and accountancy matters including month end reports, management accounts, cash flow management, statutory accounts, presentation of management information and KPIs.
- Active leadership and directing finance staff towards operational excellence in finance.
Job Requirements
- Work experience of 10 years of which 5 years expertise in a senior financial management position. Ideally in the business of manufacturing industry and/or technical services.
- Universal Education in Finance / Accounting / Controlling (MBA a plus).
- Work-experience in external auditing with one of the big audit firms.
- Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English language (German a plus)
- Advanced computer software skills: CRM, ERP (SAP)
- Consolidation Software, Microsoft Smart Tools, Office Tools
- High level of commitment, initiative, reliability, resilience
- Experience in teamwork and good communication skills
