Job Description
- Design salary scale and make market salary survey
- Design organization chart and company structure
- Responsible for investigations process
- Follow up on execution and updating of the company policies and standard procedures.
- Aligning talent to training or development programs needed to ensure organizational goals are met
- Monitors and evaluates onboarding processes by implementing an proficiency assessment process that is consistent with company, developmental and feedback standards.
- Perform and follow up on additional tasks and responsibilities relevant to the role as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human resources or similar relevant field are preferable.
- Good understanding of all Human Resource Functions.
- Human Resources diploma is highly preferable
- At least 3 years of relevant experience .
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
