Job Description

  • Receiving inbound calls for patient inquiries.
  • Understand and respond to patient needs and issues over the phone.
  • Assist, advise, and provide solutions to patients.
  • Maintaining a professional attitude and immediate response to solve the patient's problems.
  • Comply with the work standards and processes.
  • Work individually and as a part of a team.
  • Receiving medical claims and prescription requests from patients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Healthcare background is a must.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Flexible to work on a shift basis.
