Job Description
- Ensuring that all revenues have been captured, recorded, and posted accurately.
- Monitoring and recording all in-house charges and verifying compliance with the established policies and procedures.
- Checking all credits, voids, and complementary postings. Any discrepancies must be recorded and reported.
- Verifying all payment methods are accurate and all data has been transferred and posted fully.
- Communicating with supervisor on any discrepancies in invoices or other potential problems.
- Organize and maintain all billing files and provide support to all charges.
- Design and maintain billing control sheet for all billing and account numbers and manage all customer inquiries within required timeframe.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- 5-7 years in in the same position.
- Residents of Red Sea Governorate, (Hurghada) are preferable.
- Max age is 35.
- Previous work experience in restaurants or hotels.
- Excellent knowledge in POS systems.
- Very good experience in preparing revenue reports .
- Wide knowledge of the restaurants cost control.
- Very good command of the English language, both writing and speaking.
- Very good knowledge in MS (Word – Excel).
- Internet Proficiency.
- Ability to handle high volume with attention to details.
- Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times.
- Effective working relationships with restaurant staff and clients/vendors.
