Job Description
- Establish a Management Operating System MOS that has typical Key Performance Indicators KPIs for all different departments, like, Production “Rework & Scrap rate”, Purchasing “On-time Delivery”, Planning, Warehouse …
- Establish a Management Operating System MOS that has typical Key Performance Indicators KPIs (On-time Delivery, loss rate & Rework, Quality of the received & sent Products, Cycle time…).
- Supervise the internal auditing processes including Internal Auditors Training, Setup the annual internal audit program, attend internal audits, review internal audit reports and maintain a proper Failure root analysis corrective preventive action system.
- Maintain customer sustainable satisfaction, analyze and solve any complain.
- Lead continuous improvements projects in all the company fields so as to exploit all the available opportunities to maximize the profitability & minimize the losses.
- Supervise product traceability and recall management systems and for conducting annual tests for recall procedures.
- Coach and train manufacturing employees so that they have the prerequisite knowledge and skills to apply quality concepts, continuous improvements and lean tools on an on-going basis.
- Establish procedures, work instructions and formats to standardize work processes.
- Lead preventive and corrective action plans and ensure its effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree (Technical University degree preferred)
- ISO, TQM, Six Sigma, or other QC-related certification is an asset.
- 35+ years old
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in Quality Field with minimum 3 years in a similar position.
- Cairo resident [Heliopolis, Nasr City, New Cairo are preferred] and willing to work in 10th of Ramadan city.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Leadership & managerial skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, able to work well under pressure.
- Technology awareness
