Main Job Duties:
- Work on purchasing needs/requests in company
- Research for potential vendors in consideration of product quality and cost
- Maintain relationships with existing vendors/suppliers to ensure continues smooth supply
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers/vendors
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing in order to get the best deal
- Maintain purchasing information and records
- Ensure that all administration and documentation of purchasing processes are compliant with company policy
