Job Description
- Set and implement communication campaigns and strategies in cooperate with social media team.
- Provide engaging text, image and video content ideas for all social media accounts.
- Respond to customers in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Operations and Communications teams.
- Stay up to date with digital technology and financial technology (FinTech) trends.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.s
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Must have an analytical eye, and well-versed in analytics.
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive knowledge in social media marketing.
- Proven track record of building a healthy community organically.
- The ability to summarize users’ feedback and be able to communicate them to management.
- Be the face on the brand and being able to communicate and navigate through the community.
- Excellent knowledge of the nuanced differences in cultures within the Middle East.
- Excellent Arabic and English command.
- Knowledge in listening tools and social media management tools is a big plus.
