Job Description

  • Set and implement communication campaigns and strategies in cooperate with social media team.
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content ideas for all social media accounts.
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with customers.
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Operations and Communications teams.
  • Stay up to date with digital technology and financial technology (FinTech) trends.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.s
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Must have an analytical eye, and well-versed in analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge in social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of building a healthy community organically.
  • The ability to summarize users’ feedback and be able to communicate them to management.
  • Be the face on the brand and being able to communicate and navigate through the community.
  • Excellent knowledge of the nuanced differences in cultures within the Middle East.
  • Excellent Arabic and English command.
  • Knowledge in listening tools and social media management tools is a big plus.
