Job Description
- Pricing and displaying the product in an appealing and fashionable manner.
- Hiring, educating, terminating, and motivating staff in providing exceptional customer service and care.
- Training staff on how to manage cash and credit card transactions, handling returns and refunds, dealing with customer complaints.
- Manage deals and promos.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations, as well as report any suspicious activities like shoplifting and belligerent customers to security.
- Ordering, managing, and taking out stock
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years' experiences working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good commands in English language.
- Good in Excel is essential along with other MS Office applications
