Job Description

 Responsibilities

  • Manage effectively the resolution of support issues that are reported to us in anefficient manner
  • Act as a technical authority, providing expertise to both team members and clients
  • Ensure that we surpass our customer’s expectations
  • Communicate clearly to all stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in cloud Azure services with relevant certifications
  • Hands-on Experience in designing and implementing cloud platforms including Azure platform services, migration & hybrid cloud technologies OR cloud services with a focus on Microsoft cloud SaaS 
  • Hands-on Experience in performing Assessments, Planning and migration OR Hands-on Experience in implementing of Microsoft 365 services for both E3 & E5 technologies including the telephony system integration and video conference 
  • Understanding of Project Management fundamental
  • Very Good communication skills.
  • Very Good command of English language
