Job purpose:
The main purpose of this position is responsible for checking-in and checking-out procedures, making sure that the receptionist is following Travelholic Hospitality protocol giving our guests the best experience,
Dealing with Property guests in a friendly and caring manner according to Travelholic procedures and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards. At all times, he/she must display a professional and positive image of the Company as they play a crucial role in the first and last impression the guest receives of the company.
Coordinate and manage all the daily operations tasks and participate in the company's vision for the development of SOPs
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Communicate proactively and cheerfully with Guests and handle relations
- Check in the arriving guest and check out the departing guests in a friendly and caring manner according to Travelholic and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
- Develop cleaning checklist and track housekeeping work
- Update monthly goal figures in our property dashboard
- Coordinate repairs with service providers
- Use our property management system and other software tools to effectively manage assigned properties
- Produce reports in document and spreadsheet format summarizing revenues, occupancy rates, and other metrics
- Assist with Inventory Management (Consumables/Linens)
Job Requirements
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduates only
- At least one year of experience in the Hospitality, Real estate or Customer service Industry
- Experience in the Hospitality or real estate market preferred, or in a relevant field such as Customer service or property management
- Facility with Google office applications (Docs, Sheets) and demonstrated skills in online software products; capability with mobile phone apps
- Organized with an eye for detail
