About the Company:
- We aren't a courier or e-commerce company, nor a software house! We are simply VOO! We play the role of middleman between courier companies and e-commerce businesses in Egypt.
Note: We will not review CVs if pre-screening questions aren't answered.
Job Duties:
- Act as a focal point ( connector) between online merchants and shipping companies.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone and email.
- Attend set up meetings with VIP clients.
- Train clients in using the VOO system, and orienting them with its features, rules and functionalities.
- Following up on the shipping process using our internal system, beginning from the first step of the order until it is received by the customers.
- Consult and give feedback to the merchants about their orders status.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and IT teams.
Job Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce or shipping industries is a must.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) as well as problem-solving skills.
- Has Great communication and Management Skills,Attention To Details, Has a Down To Earth - Personality, Has Great Interpersonal Skills, Organized, Self-assured and More Importantly, Self-motivated
- Excellent client handling handling , time management and negotiation skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer service career.
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
