Job Description & Role:

  • Comprehensively manage & support RBT Business end to end requirements of the related department. Support business team as & when needed in expansion & development approach new & existing Operators & business clients.
  • Control & manage All RBT centralized system under full observation of HOD – Business Dept. Familiarize yourself with all the business needs by having full knowledge on RBT contents in terms of Ivas brands & identity. 
  • Fully responsible to run & manage daily activities of all the contents maintaining content marketing calendars & schedules of promotion activities. Compose & draft marketing/sales material for all the account in full coordination & observation of HOD
  • Upload contents, prepare requested material for uploading, generate daily / weekly & Annual reports, AD & edit content as & when needed. Support in sales & marketing activities as per the business needed.

Initial Requirements & Responsibilities

  • RBT content syndication from production house or Content partners. check the proposed content as per the mandatory requirement’s (Validity / copyrights / specifications)
  • Introduce RBT content to mobile operators and seek for marketing support & work with team to boost revenues country & operator wise.
  • Help in creating new ideas to support business keep full information on local and Intl competitors
  • Maintain & organize content catalogs follow up with Mobile operators & business clients to acquirement Monthly reports.
  • Arrange & maintain copyrights of each and every business partners & production house.
  • Initial campaign’s in coordination with HOD and promote services on various occasions communicate with all partners to get needed contents as per the requirements of marketing

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree from Business School in commerce.
  • Have full knowledge of core RBT system (CMS) must be able to perform required task within the set timelines
  • 2- 3 years of working experience in Media / Communication industry
  • Young & dynamic have ability to conceive new & fresh ideas with a quick learning sprit
  • Advanced written communication skills in English & Arabic, technical knowledge of Microsoft MS Office.
  • Must have strong skills in creating original marketing scripts to support business & excellent verbal communication command in Arabic & English.
