Job Description
- Post job Ads and explore new recruitment sources to attract qualified applicants
- Conduct the needed research, data gathering, and analysis to select the best source for talents
- Conduct initial screening and categorize the screened CVs to filter the applicants who are most fitting to the job.
- Create an updated wide range of pool to ensure the availability of the needed manpower on time.
- Contact accepted candidates and extend job offers in order to notify them with all the required documents and the offered package
- Create contracts for newly hired employees and receiving their hiring documents.
- Create both the daily and monthly headcount, in order to be aware of the status of all employees
- Respond on time for any planned or unplanned needed request
- May Attend employment fairs to present the company to the potential job candidates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder
- At least 1 year of Experience
- Excellent Command of English
- Excellent Command of Microsoft office
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Detail Oriented
