Job Description

  • Post job Ads and explore new recruitment sources to attract qualified applicants
  • Conduct the needed research, data gathering, and analysis to select the best source for talents
  • Conduct initial screening and categorize the screened CVs to filter the applicants who are most fitting to the job.
  • Create an updated wide range of pool to ensure the availability of the needed manpower on time.
  • Contact accepted candidates and extend job offers in order to notify them with all the required documents and the offered package
  • Create contracts for newly hired employees and receiving their hiring documents.
  • Create both the daily and monthly headcount, in order to be aware of the status of all employees
  • Respond on time for any planned or unplanned needed request
  •  May Attend employment fairs to present the company to the potential job candidates

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • At least 1 year of Experience
  • Excellent Command of English
  • Excellent Command of Microsoft office
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Detail Oriented
