Job Description
- Receives Network-related activities and take the necessary field action.
- Receives Network alarms incidents from Front-Office team and take the necessary field action to clear it.
- Gives a clearance feedback to the supervisor and FO team about the assigned network alarm.
- Achieves the PM plan completely and gives a feedback about it to the supervisor
- Attends every network-related hardware deployment to give an acceptance report
- Performing on-demand surveys and gives a clear feedback about it.
- Performs onsite technical visits for WIFI enterprise customers to facilitate any technical issue
Job Requirements
- BS in Telecommunications & Electronics Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
- CCNA, Certified
- CCNP Certified.
- Good Knowledge in SDH, WDM, EoSDH, NG-SDH Transmission Network Operations.
- Good Knowledge FTTx, DSLAMs,GPON,MSAN Access Network Operations.
- Good Knowledge of VOIP/IPTV/Wireless controller.
- Good Knowledge ADSL/VPN Technology (Fixed Broadband Network operations.)
- One year of experience with internet service provider or similar environment
- One year of experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex TCP/IP network security, routing, and physical network topologies
- Understanding of network configurations to configure/troubleshoot where necessary
- Training experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Other tasks assigned by Management from time to time
