Job Description

  • Perform market research tasks as instructed
  • Keep close contact with Market and Customers through regular Customer visits
  • Understand Industry Trends
  • Collect and report competitors’ prices and activities periodically
  • Understand and contribute in setting and reviewing brand statement
  • Understand and contribute in setting and reviewing brand strategy
  • Understand and contribute in setting sales volumes. Monitor Sales volume performance
  • Contribute in Pricing decisions
  • Understand and contribute in setting Support Budget
  • Assist in setting own controllable expenses for overheads budget
  • Assist in Planning and setting marketing activities
  • Execute marketing activities
  • Exhibitions and events
  • Product presentations to Customers
  • Samples and giveaways
  • Suggest improvements to internal work processes
  • Supplier briefing and follow up
  • Prepare PO’s and follow up payments to suppliers
  • Periodic Product Performance monitoring 
  • Suggest PDP ideas
  • Study PDP ideas as instructed

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years’ experience in Marketing/ preferably in FMCG/Food businesses
  • B.sc. in Business Administration/Communication
  • MBA is a Plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package and English
  • Work Environment :
  • 60% Office Work & 40% regular visits to factory, market, advertising agencies, etc.
