Job Description
- Perform market research tasks as instructed
- Keep close contact with Market and Customers through regular Customer visits
- Understand Industry Trends
- Collect and report competitors’ prices and activities periodically
- Understand and contribute in setting and reviewing brand statement
- Understand and contribute in setting and reviewing brand strategy
- Understand and contribute in setting sales volumes. Monitor Sales volume performance
- Contribute in Pricing decisions
- Understand and contribute in setting Support Budget
- Assist in setting own controllable expenses for overheads budget
- Assist in Planning and setting marketing activities
- Execute marketing activities
- Exhibitions and events
- Product presentations to Customers
- Samples and giveaways
- Suggest improvements to internal work processes
- Supplier briefing and follow up
- Prepare PO’s and follow up payments to suppliers
- Periodic Product Performance monitoring
- Suggest PDP ideas
- Study PDP ideas as instructed
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years’ experience in Marketing/ preferably in FMCG/Food businesses
- B.sc. in Business Administration/Communication
- MBA is a Plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package and English
- Work Environment :
- 60% Office Work & 40% regular visits to factory, market, advertising agencies, etc.
